Since the inception of the Sphere few things cannot be denied,
like sun-moon, good-bad, joyful – sadness and positive – negative etc... Among this, Positive – Negative plays a
significant role in human life. Yes this will decide the fortune. Can you
recall yourself how many times your friends or relatives / neighbors insist you
to Think Positive. In this forum we
would be briefing about the importance of Positive Thoughts.

If you want to achieve your goals the
traditional system says enrich your positive energy. Researchers are finding
more benefits on being a Positive thinker. These results suggest that the
positive thinkers are in good health and less worried and also they are leading
their life successfully. At this point of time I wanted to say about a bitter
part of positive thinking which does not come by nature, which requires lot of
effort to develop it and abate the negative thing (k) s around you.

improve ability on managing problems then definitely the only solution would be
being positive. Simply saying Positive
thinking is a Key to Success. There's
been a lot to say about positive thinking, that it is not only reducing your stress
but can also bring miracles and help people overcome cancer and other medical
and non-medical setbacks.

People may have distrust on
positive thinking whether it works or not, absolutely no doubt about it will
work, do you know how? In simple terms
Positive thinking is a small software package designed by God that would help
your brain (mind) to function at its full capacity and maximum efficiency. It
is always better than a good idea. It’s the way our mind designed to work.
Positive thinking is about seeing the positive situation in your life and in
the world. That doesn't mean you ignore negative events and don't prepare for
the future. It's not about thinking that everything is going to be wonderful
and no harm will ever come to you. You have to be realistic and learn from past
events that didn't work out for you.
Positive thinking starts with your
thoughts and your personal self-talk. These are the endless words and thoughts
that you say to yourself throughout the day. These thoughts and words seem
automatic. Some come from applying logic and reason, while others come from
your perceptions, judgments, and interpretations based on a lack of
information. It's this kind of self-talk that is often negative and creates
some serious damage and lead to more stress. When you have more negative thoughts
than positive thoughts then your outlook on life is likely to be pessimistic
and you'll end up in more negative situations. You'll have more struggle and
pain. If you're thoughts are positive, then you're most likely an optimist and
you probably practice positive thinking daily. You'll enjoy life more and won't
have as much stress to deal with.

This is actually a sample and there
are lots of ways to enrich your Positive thinking skill. As a novice a very
simple thing can be included in your daily routine. Wake up five mins earlier
than your normal time be seated
comfortably on the bed and say I
am a child of GOD I can do wonders, God will help me to succeed in my life.
Say it at least 10 times every day for 21 days, believe me if you started doing
this recurrently then automatically your
mind will tune up for this. As the research says a human being continues to do
an activity for about 21 days it will become a routine.
Of course few things do not come as free; you would need to spend some time and money to develop your Positive thinking ability. There are lot of self-help books & tapes available in the market; you can get lot of articles in the Internet. Books are the best friend which helps to gauge you. And very important thing is to stay away from these stuffs.
- Limit yourself reading daily newspapers which is usually gives you the past and negative things.
- Reduce the time you spend on television

which we would need to be.

Would like to keep you posted that Positive Thinking is not about taking an excessive optimism to life. In fact sometimes optimism might not help you well. Instead of ignoring the truth, accept it and it does not mean that the world is out to get you or that all people will let you go down.
